      Allied Systems has very challenging and unique projects that constantly grow and mature you as an engineer.

      The pay can leave something to be desired.

      Pros

      With over 30 years of working here I have a lot of good to say about working here. I have never been laid off, I have never missed a check, I have had lots of opportunity to learn many different jobs and grow as an employee, I like who I work with, if your a good worker and the right person there is a lot of opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      I have a real hard time thinking of something bad, the only thing I can think off right now is some of the negative employees, I wish they would just keep it to them selves and stop trying to bring down everyone that likes what they do.

      Pros

      The people you work with on the floor are really good with a good comradery you will enjoy your coworkers.

      Cons

      Stingy on buying consumables, Managment does not understand machining practices and actively makes things harder than it needs to be. Expect low pay and they think a .15 an hour raise says you're doing your job.
