Work alongside K9 partner, good rapport with other team members.

Cons

Upper management focuses on micro management and dictates instead of letting operation run smoothly letting lower management effectively complete tasks. Most employees have already had successful careers and are a wealth of knowledge. Only focused on bottom line and do not value employees. When cycling through circuit of employees trying to keep people from voting for union he asked about concerns or issues and fluffed off needs or concerns. Regards themselves as invincible and manipulative.

Upper levels of the company are filled with a lot of law enforcement experience. This gives you the opportunity to learn from a lot of experienced industry professionals.

Cons

The hours are awful, the morale is awful, and the working conditions are even worse. The retention rate is extremely low for a reason, they do not treat their employees well. Most of the managers are only looking out for themselves and have no interest in the people they are supposed to manage. One manager tells you one thing, a second manager tells you another, and the third manager tells you a third thing.
