Cons

The investors need to take a very close look at the leadership and clean house. MSA seems to have a issue with hiring for leadership positions people who are incompetent and lack basic skills. MSA is only concerned about making as much as they can on the backs of those doing the work all the while creating positions for one more person to be on a salary. Also using salary employees to cover hourly positions so they make all the profit from that. But honestly there is to much wrong to fully recommend this to anyone.
