Pros

Working with a good k9

Cons

Ultimately they just care about new contracts and making the company money. The monthly training provided is very minimal. Issues are not handled when brought up to management or above Their way of leadership is “fear and making threats”

Pros

My work partner is a canine.

Cons

MSA sends dogs and handlers out that are not "real world" ready. They also put young inexperienced Leads in place, what are self - centered and have little to no real K9 knowledge. Leads at MSA will find every opportunity to throw you under the bus to make themselves look good. MSA leadership lacks personal accoutability and integrity, with a few exceptions. Find a job elsewhere.
