Pros

This company pays good if you are a handler in the Bay Area and the medical insurance includes dental is great. However the scheduler and management are not in sync you will make hours if you are a cargo but if you are not be prepared to drive more then 200 miles in a week to a lot of different work sites

Cons

Pros

Good Pay and that's pretty much it. Benefits for full time employees aren't bad, but they're very limited.

Cons

West Coast supervisor for Armed Operatives is over worked and takes his frustrations out on his subordinates. Want your schedule ahead of time, good luck getting it. He usually puts out the following months schedule two days before the new month. Complaints to his boss have gone unanswered. Good co-workers have left because of the supervisors inability to properly manage his time. I offered to take some of the work load off of his shoulders and was told that he didn't need any help. If I currently didn't need this schedule for my home life, I'd go work somewhere else for less money and that's a possibility in the next couple of months when home life gives me more freedom.

Pros

One of the best places to work if you're in need of a work/life balance and a veteran.

Cons

You can either stay stagnant or apply for other positions within the company, but other than that not much room for growth.
