Pros

Can't make less than 40 hours. Overtime is always available. Incredibly fast and easy hiring process. Super easy job.

Cons

Management does not care. Good luck getting a raise or moving up. Solid employees are made to do others work and are held to higher standards. Lazy employees get away with not doing an easy job on a regular basis.

Pros

Some repeat some good people

Cons

Allow clowns and idiots to move up into acct mgr positions who have NO business being there. The smart people who came on see it real fast and get out!! Leave idiots to be in charge, you get more idiots. Shift supervisors and site supervisors have their title go to their head and act like little dictators with no concept of management or have skills to do the job. This place is sickening as are the people That's why I'm leaving today

Leadership.

Pros

Do you want adrenaline and a straight forward security job? This one does not lack in that department especially if you want a easy security position.

Cons

Leadership is the massive issue. They have no consideration of your personal life and responsibilities. So I’m sorry to all the current or past employees that has kids because they don’t care about that either it was my personal last straw when my “Captain” told me that the only legal obligation I had to my kid was picking them up and dropping them off and not even the fact that I am a single parent that is trying to raise my kid. DO NOT believe your agreed time of work with them by any means! I worked with them for about a month and a half but even then I wish I had actually gotten better leadership because if I did then I probably would’ve made this job a career.
