Pros

Working with the National accounts portfolio manager and other AM was a great experience we all worked well. The Client was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Cons

the branch office was a fiasco from my 1st day, the Interview process was a total mess. I only took the job because I knew the clients reputation and the Clients Regional VP called me directly to offer me the position. Also the "New hire orientation" is a complete joke. I got more insight from the tenure staff at my site. than anyone at the branch office had any clue about.

Management is a JOKE

Pros

Every once in a while you will get a paycheck

Cons

You are treated more like a slave than an employee. For 10$ an hour they attract the bottom of the barrel for personnel. Middle management is corrupt and incompetent they try to use threats and intimidation to get you to work more hours ( the turnover is through the roof so sites are always shorthanded )

Pros

Lots. Weekly Pay, great sites, great people and leads. At the Cape, launches, views, incredible people. Being a part of Space Missions, seeing what others dream of. 401k and IRA, and medical.

Cons

Communication and Management need help. LOWEST pay at the Cape (even lower then the Janitors,) Hours can change DAILY, currently Overtime is mandatory expect at least 3 out of 5 days, being on 12 hr shifts. Management is hard to get a hold of, and corporate is 100 miles away and not going to get involved. Pay can be missing, but it does make its way back. information does not come down the pipe. this does not open doors into NASA or KSC. Massive turnover rate (90%) benefits.... are very expensive
