      Pros

      Easy work, many of the people you will work with are great people. Senior management at my office was amazing to work with.

      Cons

      The company takes way too long to make decisions on internal promotions. Some of the lower and middle management have no business being in management, only to be in their position because of internal promotions.

      Cool coworkers, interesting work and nice office. Options to work remotely.

      Cons

      Benefits are not that great, they don’t do 401k match and they recently took away company cars to use which was a large perk.
