Unit manager did not train me into skill set at one year, then puts blame on employee for a management problem. Manager says “Unit is over staffed.” Unit manager calls my cell phone on my days off. Nurse Management does not work with RNs in a way which highlights professional work, rather manager regular tries to frame employees against company. Negative work place culture.
