      Friendly engaged co-workers and staff, SEIU union contracted position, good benefits like $100 towards self care annually, access to low cost gym memberships, employee discounts, uniform allowance

      Cons

      schedules are undesirable causing many to quit, poor technology use (paper wasted, forms are outdated, carbon copies) despite hospital system use of EHR; communication dies and clarifications are delayed during changes, constant construction confusing to employees and visitors, building has issues with temperatures(too hot or cold,) high staff turnover and retainment poor, tiny break rooms.
