The lack of communication between nurses and doctors increases every year and causes increased stress and frustration in being able to do my job. The organization does not put patient care first, it is a business like anything else. Feel like it's hard to advance into a different nursing role. E.g. Hard to change positions that don't involve bedside care. High staff turnover.

The hospital can be very understaffed at times.
