      Pros

      Teams have great support and as a pre-independent provider there is always options for consultations. Hybrid work is great also. You do have the option to be in office full time if you want.

      Cons

      Hybrid work can be hard as you don't know many of your co-workers. There is a lot of meetings to fit into your day and over the lunch hour which is annoying.
