      Cons

      Lots of management/rank/political issues, negative people, lots of over time, some groups have unions-- and ours does not for some odd reason, lots of unclear job duties

      Great people with a passion for excellence. Clear direction to provide optimal patient experiences and outcomes. Flexibility in working from home. Overall, strong management.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for advancement. More work than humanly possible to complete. For non-clinical areas it is sometimes difficult to link the work to the mission. Little recognition for the work of non-clinical staff.
