Pros
The company is financially stable and has benefited from capable leadership over the past decade. The salary and benefit packages are competitive in many (but not all) areas.
Cons
Everyone in the System Office (The Commons) works in a cubicle, which makes sustained concentration and confidential conversations almost impossible. Although one of the company's values is integrity, some in leadership roles do not model it with any degree of consistency, and those over them turn a blind eye to specific instances of these lapses. Human Resources is very inconsistent across the various hospitals and clinics. HR in the System Office, in particular, focuses on trivialities and ignores huge problems. Their advice is unhelpful and unrealistic.
