      Amazing management, coworkers, pretty good scheduling when communicated to staffing and management.

      Cons

      Paying for parking, unsafe walking to and from parking locations, the layout on med surg is not safe, very short staffed

      - HR will be on their own terms to benefit Allina - work comp will find ways to not approve your claim **Refer to the union for assistant - just because you have 'sick and safety', it doesn't apply if you do not have enough PTO to cover your time away - you cannot drop down on your FTE just for school or if you have other needs. - staffing doesn't always follow shift pick-up contract language **Contact union if this happens
