1. Old technology 2 . Night shifts. 2. Cafeteria 3. Most of the managers in India are good, however few get on your nerves. 4. Slow growth.

Good Salary Package + Night Allowance. Night Allowance is a fair amount, from 9000 to 30000 per month. This Night Allowance is not counted in the salary package. There is holiday bonus as well.

Cons

Well Hardly any. Night Shift is a pain but company takes really good care of it by compensating and provided safety and security to employees.
