Not a lot of work pressure. 401K 4% match and ESPP option

Cons

A lot of legacy products. The cross-functional team does not collaborate. There is no clarity on goals. Too many changes keep happening all the time. At least for the last nine years. Average salary. Frequent changes to the direct and skip level manager that impacts career growth.
