Work is repetitive and can be stressful at times.

Company culture is awkward. Focus is on results and not so much on people, despite what they say at the director level and above. Too many layers of management and everyone wants to be involved in the work of the front-line associates. Very unclear directives that change at the drop of a hat. Leads to many inefficiencies, frustrations, and lack of results (ironically). Also, people refer to one another by their pay band, which is just plain awkward.
