She is passively racist, has tons of gender bias, contacts you frequently outside of office hours regarding work, she doesn't pay you correctly and so many other things. If you like to be annoyed and stressed out all the time, this is the job for you. She is a terrible employer but she has a kind heart sometimes. She does not hold herself accountable for her mistakes but will lecture you for hours about your mistakes. Most of your time will be spent correcting her mistakes but she will still yell at you about your productivity. If i could give 0 stars, I would. She will tell you that all of her employees quit on her and she has to rebuild her team but this has happened to her twice in less than a year. See if she will tell you why her employees quit on her, she never tells the full story, she will only tell you the wrongdoings of the other person, 9/10 the other person didnt do anything wrong.
