People in same position as you are really nice!

Cons

Some of the managers who handles most of the company accounting will belittle you. She loses employees because he/she is not a nice person and talks about how everyone is replaceable within two weeks and yet he/she cant find anyone to fill positions. no room for advancement. promises advancement and pay increases and then gives none.
