Pros

Flexible schedule, learning to multi task and handle client problems/ complaints.

Cons

Have been working in an Allstate Agency for 2 years now and it is very upsetting to see how Incompetent the Agents are. Working as a customer service rep. I deal with problems on a daily basis, but what is really sad that 90% of the problems brought on the office is by the agent herself. But this is isnt the first Agent that i have worked for that seems to have no clue how to run a business. I came in a with a certain impression and have been very disappointed!

Because this is a call center vacations and time off need to be carefully planned ahead of time.

Pros

Great benefits and the people you work with on your own level are awesome. Some of the managers are cool too.

Cons

Recognitions sucks, favoritism or the scare of favoritism has just taken away advantages from some individuals and put it on others, or at least until someone complains about them, then it will just go to another group of individuals. I guess they think if you do it until someone complains it isn't favoritism huh? The pay sucks, but the benefits keep us there. Plus management doesn't know what the hell they are doing.
