Pros

Fast moving environment, benefits package was adequate.

Cons

The Claims Production Amount Exceeded Realistic Goals. There was never a time during the last five years when I would have been able to take time off without having a new claim come in the day before I left for vacation. I am not sure if it was just my manager or if this was a director level thing. Seriously, how can you take on a new claim the day before being out for a week without having to dive in regularly while you are out of the office to help with ALE/ Advances etc. Just unrealistic and frankly unfair to not turn off someone from getting new claims a couple days before going out off the office.
