Pros

Pretty good benefits. If you are cool with the management team, you will definitely move up in the company fast.

Cons

Managers do not help, Managers are barely with their actual teams, Timekeeping is constantly messing up people's pay checks, If you have not worked here for at least 5 years, you will feel unwanted, Training is not enough, They say they are not number based, but they really are, Regional Claims Leader does not care what anyone says if it doesn't benefit him, RCPS is not helpful at all. All of these things would explain why they are consistently dropping from the number 1 spot.

Pros

PTO, paid benefits, decent salary

Cons

Workload, office poorly managed, people quit en masse due to these issues not being addressed and staff was not replaced quickly.

Pros

Benefits and large amount of PTO days from the first day you start . Flexible work schedule and family atmosphere. I can't stress enough it really is a family atmosphere . Your coworkers will go above and beyond for you.

Cons

Pay is way to low for the work load. They just started a pathetic bonus program that's not worth mentioning . All promotions are based on hidden agendas and favorites. It has nothing to do with the quality of work or experience. You will see this in almost every review . I was told this my first week in and I thought everyone was just being bitter. I have witnessed it with my own eyes and have heard management discuss "giving" certain positions to certain people. Either work 9-10 hours a day or suck at your job. Work life balance is ridiculous
