Pros

You get to work on new projects constantly

Cons

Pay rate is terrible and they treat employees like slaves. You sometimes have to work weekends as well

Pros

desk job, air-conditioned, corporate America.

Cons

100% outbound calling to internet leads. 80% of people you talk to are jerks. Its very tuff. It will wear on you. Turn around is high. The noise level is very high, managers laughing obnoxiously and right by the phone. Very unprofessional. Inconsistency between managers. The kicker, they include White Guilt as part of their sensativity training.

Pros

Good people, good benefit package, good working conditions and flexible working options

Cons

No leadership on strategy of company, wasted time on projects that don't get completed, not able to offer recommendations, upper management criticizes and embarrasses other people to make themselves look good. They also take credit for others work to get ahead. No one wants to make a decision for fear of being criticized so therefore nothing gets done
