Remote/Mobile agent. Access to quoting system at any time. Awesome job profile, great benefits, excellent resources, schedule flexibility.

Cons

Aggressive 3 month mover plan to get rid agents who do not perform, however the system is fundamentally broken we're losing great and top-performing agents to the performance improvement plan. We're being wedged out, forced to find new jobs, losing benefits, and having to restructure our family dynamic and not making the money that was illustrated during the hiring process. Policies are difficult to sell for what seems like no reason.

Base salary is decent, at least they give you something.

Cons

They will let you go as quickly as they bring you on. It is non-stop phone calls and if you don't hit your numbers, you are gone.

Plenty of Pros Great company, incredible benefits, remote, training, communication, opportunity

Cons

Remote, which can be good and bad. Leaves some isolated. After training new recruits in this position must are not given enough time to really hone their skills, most of which can only be touched on in training, by trainers with no insurance sales experience. The position is being discontinued, so no new hires
