Pros

Local management, we have great benefits, the majority of the people I work with truly care about our customers and each other.

Cons

Senior management needs to understand we are nothing without our customers and the frontline employees.The technology hinders us instead of helping.

Time off for family crises was no problem You earn vacation from day 1 Pay was decent Company is hesitant to fire anyone No one stands over your back; you can come and go as you please

Cons

Pay rarely increases There is no room for advancement unless you relocate Work is redundant Hours are very long while you are learning
