Pros

--good pay --decent benefits (but used to be much better) --management flexible about work-time balance, although you still make up the hours one way or the other --co-workers are helpful

Cons

--local and upper management out of touch with the field --local management doesn't know how to do the desk level job yet tries to "manage" it? --arbitrary lay offs not based on skill or performance but rather on the department to which the employee belongs --local management has little desire to interact with an irate customer
