Management was very involved and friendly

System went down every week and I was let go because they said “I didn’t communicate” but how can I communicate if the system is down

Pros

While the pay may look attractive and the work itself is acceptable

Cons

Job security is extremely poor. The company clearly follows a hire-and-fire policy, where employees can be terminated abruptly—sometimes within a single day—without any proper notice or justification. This creates a highly stressful and unstable work environment, especially for employees who have financial responsibilities such as EMIs. Sudden termination can severely impact personal finances. If you are planning a long-term career or need stability, this is not a safe place to join
