Blame Game

Business Outlook

Pros

100 percent remote . Decent pay

Cons

As co owner of the claim , you will get blamed for everything that goes wrong with the claim whether it's your fault or not. Constant toxic gaslighting constant knit pickin micromanagement MS Team pings all day long interrupting your day, who plays favorites. Conflicting instructions do it this way no no do it that way.!!!!!! Anything to make your job easier they eliminate it and consider you lazy. High turnover and employees staying on extended medical leave just to get out of coming to work or never returning at all. You basically have to be on Prozac just to work there. Good luck it's very stressful especially during hurricane season.

Pros

Mass hiring, will hire anyone, if you can sell you can see triple digits

Cons

Bonuses your offered are only offered if you can meet base target or beat. Bonus is 1/8th of what they say it is unless you double target and target is extremely competitive. If you meet target your pay will be not much over the safety net
