Pros

only work from home and nothing else

Cons

all the leaders especially at the top are lack of vision. Everybody in the company is unhappy and they keep adding trainings that doesn't help. They think the problem is the employees but the problem is them. The culture is broken and very restrictive environment with no room to grow. There is no innovation. they think adding a silly service based on openai is innovation. they keep adding blocking process that slow things down. they kill diversity and try to build everybody robots working in the same way. don't join if you have choices.
