Company used internal resources often for projects.

Cons

Company is very "professional dress" with blazers and lapel pins. Also, there is no option for work from home, unless you are refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccines. There is also no option for flexible schedule, at least in the department I worked in.

Good insurance. Can't think of anything else.

Cons

There is no raise, no performance review, not much interaction with the manager. Upper management team does not care about their employee. This company cares so much about their 'images', but don't believe everything they say about their image.
