      Great place to learn, but not long-term.

      Pros

      You’re given the opportunity to learn a lot outside of your job title and gain experience. Holidays off.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. It’s not uncommon to be doing the work of what about three people should be doing. Lack of communication. Do not feel support from upper management where it’s needed most. There are people that have been at the company 10+ years that do not even know other long-term employees at the same location.

      Pros

      The health insurance is decent

      Cons

      Employees fired for no reason, long work that they are very particular about, obsessive mowing of lawns, expect grounds crew to take care of owner's personal things, everything is done "for show" they don't care about their crew.

      Fast paced but freedom to express creativity and take ownership in many ways. A global company with Big Picture thinking.

      Cons

      Easy to burn out at a very demanding job. Independently owned companies have many pluses but can also create a need to work as if it were your own.
