Pros

Good group of people you work with. (but that is just whoever is in your department. A lot of people look down on others thinking they are "better" then another : job description or they have been there for several years.) Job security is good 12 hour shift... 5 days a week... Hourly pay is awful but you get over -time that "helps". Health benefits and 401k are the ONLY pros.

Cons

You start out in production at 12.50 an hour.. And get a wopping like 3% raise a year.. You work so much you are to tired for any family time. (12hr days 5 days a week) Production employees are VERY unappreciated and worked/pushed like dogs. Employees CANNOT have anything in pockets (no wedding bands.. Watches... Turnover rate is crazy, you have new temporary employees at least every week. You will have new managers every year. (how is this even right????)

Pros

Nice health, dental and vision benefits. Very nice office and campus. Some nice events for employees throughout the year. You get lots of exercise walking up the hill to the employee parking lot.

Cons

Zero schedule flexibility. Everyone must punch a time clock. Employee parking is on a far hill behind the office.... Not a great situation in the winter.

Pros

It is easy to get involved in a lot of different projects and events. There is definitely no micro-managing here, even in entry-level positions - because there is too much to be done. It's a great place to gain valuable work experience and work with really smart, interesting people.

Cons

The pay is low and there is an expectation for people to be working at all company events/late hours without any comp days. There is a lack of leadership.
