Cons

Owner of company is a megalomaniac- at symposium, at an at night event, despite wearing a company shirt, he shoved me out of his way without a word. It is obvious he has developed his own fiefdom in little Lexington and thinks it is his empire. Very little training to let me thrive- left to the wolves and expected to be a pro within first month.
