Pros

Work life balance was good when working from home. Could do the bare minimum and managed wouldn’t question it.

Cons

No room to grow into higher up positions unless you’re part of the ‘cult crew’ that have been there years and simply shift around. If your face doesn’t fit, you essentially mean nothing to everyone higher up.
