Great company with below average pay and non flexible work hours

Overall, a great company to work for. Low stress, good benefits, and family culture. Although the family culture has decreased over the years.
Cons
Below average pay. Most positions are paid below average with minimal chances for pay increases. Outside of the standard 1-3% raises, you will have to be proactive in asking for raises. Unless you’re in management, promotions are seldom. Corporate work environment. Pre-COVID, this required dressing business professional every day. That means full suit, tie, jacket, etc. regardless of your position. No flexible work hours. Pre-COVID working from home wasn’t allowed. Just built a huge expensive building at corporate HQ, so I would imagine that when things get better most people will be back in person.
