You can make your own schedule.

Cons

Company is only out to protect itself. Complaints will be hidden and you will be removed. Doesn’t treat all employees equally. Pay is not comparable to work load. Male driven environment.

Pros

Co-workers and benefits are good. Other than that, it was a job.

Cons

Management. No leadership from supervisors all the way up the ladder. Middle Management a joke. Not able to make decisions so reactionary management style or yes to what ever the Dr. says. Company focuses on buying out other companies. Get a good pay coming in because raises are lousy.
