      Pros

      - A lot of really great co-workers - The owner is very passionate, but down to earth and is really personable with all employees - A fantastic and approachable executive team - Awesome company culture based on team winning and positive attitudes - Great upward mobility

      Cons

      - Extremely fast paced, which may be difficult for some - You must commit a lot of your time to the company, and it takes away from family - It is easy to get stretched thin with various projects - While there are great managers, there are some horrible ones as well
