      I started my job there and then that same week my manager went to a different team. There was little direction on what I should be doing or who I should be training with. It took 4-5 months to get access to all the systems I needed to use for my job and our team didn't get a manager until 5 months in my role. I did very little for many months and then I decided to find other job because I wasn't being utilized.
