Benefits were pretty decent and pay not bad

full of managers and supervisors who have no idea about the work they are manageing and not interested in feedback from their subordinates

Co-workers were decent to work with and the place was relaxed, perhaps too relaxed. Ability to work remote as needed.

Cons

Limited growth opportunity, come in, sit in a box, leave. Mis-directed management with no clear business direction. No accountability by business owners.

Lack of worklife balance Detroit Charlotte battles Many executives in Charlotte have been terminated HR Leader, Legal in Charlotte, Risk Leader, Compliance Leaders, Technology Leaders, New key roles have been moved to NYC away from Charlotte. Contractors are promised Full time offers after 90 days 1 year later they are still contractors. Many employee's moving to Tiaa Creff or back to Bank of America.
