Pros

Challenging work, with some opportunities for learning additional account reporting. Good medical and dental benefits. Work environment is clean and roomy. Cafeteria on sight for all employees.

Cons

Some lack of communication between departments and with management. Departmental training needs improvement however many co-workers are willing to fill in the gaps.

Pros

Historically broad range of work assignments are were possible though the contraction of the business have made that less possible. Still potential to see different industires within the same company

Cons

Favortism to Bank of America employees is sad.

Pros

Pay and benefits were above average compared to other similar-sized financial companies...from what I heard. Bonuses had been very good...until 2005.

Cons

This company has been in turmoil since 2006 (subprime mortgage debacle)...In the division I worked (ResCap), it was just a matter of time being laid off. Employee morale was terrible.
