Informative and thorough. Facilitator took their time and utilized multiple real world examples to discuss concepts.

Cons

The functionality of the google classroom website it an adjustment if you haven’t used it before. Facilitator talks low, sometimes difficult to hear.

The training experience was very helpful and interactive. I liked how we ran drills and got some hands on experience. I learned a lot from the training videos as well.

Cons

The training videos may have been a little long but it was all full of important knowledge.
