They fire you if you ask for a higher pay.

Flexible hours(if you have availability from 3pm-8pm)

Cons

-Low pay. I was being underpaid for months and directors did not care or have urgency to fix them. -Will terminate you if you have a disability/get sick often. They don’t care if you miss sessions due to illness. -If you miss more than 1-2 sessions a month, they will fire you. -If you work in the school cases, they tell you to file for unemployment during the summer instead of finding work for the BTs.

The team were very helpful during my time here. They would always lend a helping hand whenever needed. They made the job fun.

There were cases harder than others which was very overwhelming.
