Pros

The training provided is helpful and makes sure that you are prepared to handle cases on your own. BCBA’s and Supervisors are happy to answer any question you may have and communicating with them is easy. You are able to communicate with scheduling and hr directly. Scheduling will always try their best to get you more hours.

Cons

Due to COVID meeting with supervisors is done through zoom, but the company is doing its best to make sure DIs have support and are able to continue doing their jobs.
