Gain experience working with children with autism. Experience in dealing with different behaviors.

Cons

Low Pay No benefits You can get injured on the job from kids that are aggressive.

Everyone in the Admin and Clinical team is very supportive and approachable when help is needed.

Great support if you’re new, awesome BCBAS and supervisors.

Cons

Not enough hours, school setting is REALLY far, not good a communicating things.
