ASI has provided me with multiple opportunities to help me grow within this field. I have gone from a direct interventionist, to a field trainer, and now on to becoming a parent consultant. The supervisors are so supportive and give me great feedback on my skills as a behavior therapist. I have also met so many great people while working for ASI, they have become a great support system! This is the most rewarding job you will ever have, if you love working with kids!

My overall experience with this company has exceeded my expectations. Upper management is supportive to all levels of staff. The clinical directors are ethical and they value quality clinical treatment vs. overworking their clinical supervisors to meet high billable hours. The office administrators / hr really take the time to make clinical supervisors jobs much easier by staffing appropriate therapist to cases and taking care of client schedules as much as possible. All levels of management are deeply involved into helping each other that way as clinicians we can focus on our clients instead of ever day office logistics. The clinical trainings at ASI are all above and beyond. All therapist go thru extensive RBT training and are given the necessary tools by BCBA trainers to become successful in the field. What I truly value about this company is the time they invest to make sure all level's of staff are performing well by giving them endless about of support. This company is an organization that values their employees.
