Pros

I have been working with ASI for more than a year now and I love my experience with them. Supervisors are always available to come out and give feedback. Flexible hours, they work with your schedule. Pay is competitive and hours are available to work on home and school cases if you have the availability.

Cons

Some families cancel a lot but ASI gives you the option to work at the office and help out with administrative stuff to get paid.

Pros

ASI genuinely cares about the staff and the clients. There have been many new incentives to stay at ASI in 2017. ASI OFFERS TONS Mon. - Fri. OF MORNING, NOON and AFTERNOON work, as afternoon, evening and weekend work. Base pay for all direct intervention staff has been raised. BCBA students continue to get free supervision for their hours. MFTis get free supervision for their hours as well. BCBAs receive generous stipends for CEUs; $500 per year. All salaried staff are eligible to receive medical insurance, sick time, vacation time, tons of paid holidays. ASI reaches out to the staff to find out what they want. ASI staff wanted to go on for their BCBA; ASI formed a relationship with a major university to facility the opportunity to complete all the education for the BCBA in under a year and a half and under $15,000. ASI staff get what they need to be ready for today clients. All new staff receive over 40 hours of training that makes them eligible to sit for the RBT exam. If you are looking to help individuals with special needs today, and empower yourself for today, tomorrow and the future ASI should be at the top of your list to apply for a job. No, experience necessary, we have thorough and free training series'.

Cons

ASI is no-doubt the Greatest Autism Service agency to work for in the Orange County, LA County, Riverside County and San Bernadinio County. The best way to find out about ASI is to ask anyone that works here,so ask a trusted friend about ASI. The only Con to ASI ,maybe that you are not working here (yet).
