Pros

I started working for ASI many years ago when they were a small company on 770 S. Brea Blvd. My daughter was young and in preschool at the time. ASI was very flexible with my schedule and hours. They were very caring and everyone in the office was great! I loved working for them and appreciate the kindness and support they showed.

Cons

No cons for me. Thank you!

Pros

I loved working here. Lots of flexibility with my schedule and the ASI team always provided high ethical standards. I always found the support I needed and appreciated the free supervision.

Cons

Lots of driving, however, this was also easily coordinated to reduce my commute once I became more familiar with traffic trends.

Pros

ASI cares about their clients and their staff! They are passionate about providing a wide range of behavioral services to their clients. My experience at ASI opened other career opportunities for me. The following are some of the agency's highlights: flexibility -ASI is very accommodating to part-time employees, especially part-time BCBAs; great training is provided to staff; staff are supportive; the Director is outgoing, involved, and inviting; ethics - this agency operates ethically, for example, they work collaboratively with other agencies and entities as opposed to trying to impose themselves on them; and, the agency offers regular staff "get-togethers" throughout the year, creating a family-like environment. Furthermore, the agency offers a variety of work environments as the agency has both a large school and a large home-based component. Overall, I highly recommend the agency.

Cons

While the work area spans a wide range and multiple cities, there is only one site office. I wish they were able to offer social skills groups in other cities, such as South Orange County, for example. While the agency provides solid DI training and other training, training in parent consultation could expand.
