Great supervisors and great extensive training to get your prepare for the ABA world.

Poor management. Rude office staff and scheduler

The hours were some what consistent and the pay was decent

Cons

Summers basically have very low work. The company pretty much doesn't care as much as the kids as it seems. They think only one way works for helping these kids but every child is different.
