Pros

Flexible schedule, open communication between team, career opportunities, the clients do not have access to your personal phone number, pay is good compared to similar services.

Cons

The client can cancel at any time and you won’t get paid for it. You’re also expected to reply to emails and messages off the clock. You are not allowed to be friends with coworkers which can be a pro or a con depending on how you look at it. Parents can be difficult to work with and give unnecessary burdens to treatment plans.
